Optimize your Sauna Experience

  • Hydrate before and during sessions
  • Start with lower temperatures and shorter sessions and gradually increase
  • Prepare before session with shower, wear loose-fitting clothing or a towel, and avoid heavy meals prior
  • After session, allow body to cool down gradually, consider a cool shower, hydrate and nourish, focus on electrolyte replenishment
  • During session consider relaxing music, breathwork, or meditation to maximize mental clarity and stress reduction
  • Aim for regular use for optimal results, ideally 3-4x per week
  • Listen to your body, paying attention to how you feel during sessions, exit the sauna if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable
