We’re Tallahassee’s sanctuary for holistic wellness and recovery. At Solitude Sauna Studio, we provide a peaceful atmosphere for self care, mental decompression, and rejuvenation through infrared saunas, halo therapy, flexibility therapy, and red light therapy.

What you’ll do:
- Participate in tabling events positively representing Solitude, answering questions, and handing out flyers.
- Create engaging content for social media for the studio.
- Interact with Solitude posts and stories
- Attend Solitude events, wearing Solitude gear and helping pass out flyers, encouraging sign-ups, and inviting friends to Solitude events.
